Online Ordering - Processing of Credit Card, E-Check, Electronic Transfer
We are a PayPal verified business. We use PayPal, a secure order, third party processing service, that allows you to make payment by credit card, E-check or electronic funds transfer. PayPal is used by millions of online shoppers and retail vendors. Placing your order is as easy as providing your email address and payment information, and takes only a few minutes. Once payment for your order is complete, we are notified by PayPal to ship your order to the address provided. We NEVER have access to your credit card numbers or confidential information. PayPal is a secure site, using todays highest standards of encrypted technology to safeguard the processing of information. You do not need a PayPal account to order, but if you have one set up, feel free to use it.
Delivery
Normal delivery is by UPS. Items in stock are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of your completed order. We ship only to confirmed addresses provided to us once your payment information is completed. Please allow up to 10 days for actual delivery of your order, as UPS services may vary based on geographical locations. We ship to USA and Canada. Overseas orders shipping costs more.
Snail Mail Ordering
To place your order by mail, send us a email stating the description of the item(s) wanted, along with your name, shipping address, phone number, and email address. We will calculate your shipping and handling charges, sales tax if applicable, and send you an invoice. When we receive payment of your invoice by personal check or money order we will ship your merchandise. No COD's. We do not accept credit card phone in orders. Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling charges are calculated based on the total dollar amount of your order, and are added to the purchase price at the time of check out when ordering. We use a weighted method to calculate the charges for shipping, packaging and handling. To help guide or estimate these charges prior to ordering, below is an example of amounts charged based on dollar amount. Actual amounts will be less if the order amount is under the dollar amount used in these examples.
Example of Shipping and Handling Cost to use as a guide
If dollar amount of order is $9.99, shipping is $1.60
If dollar amount of order is $49.99, shipping is $7.50
If dollar amount of order is $99.99, shipping is $12.00
If dollar amount of order is $199.99, shipping is $20.00
Returns and Refunds - Tapestry
We have a 30 day return policy. We will refund the purchase price of the merchandise, plus applicable sales tax, for any item that does not meet your satisfaction if returned within 30 days. To return an item, send it to Joy Light Center Shops, P. O. Box 5, Fairland, IN 46126. Customers are responsible for return postage. A refund will be issued provided the item is returned in satisfactory condition within 30 days of receipt.
Christmas Delivery
Stock levels become depleted quickly during the Holiday buying season. If you found an item that you know you want, or is the perfect gift for that someone special, it is recommended you order now. The last day to order for delivery by Christmas is December 19, 2010. If we have it in stock, we will ship two day priority mail to get it to you on time. Orders received after December 19, 2010 can not be guaranteed delivery by December 24, 2010.
Privacy
We do not sell, nor do we share email addresses, shipping addresses, or personal infomation with third parties other than required by law or to process your order request. We may at times send catalog or announcements of new tapestry items to our mail list via email or snail mail.
Note: The demand last Holiday Season was overwhelming and stock levels were depleted quickly. We strongly recommend that if you see an item you know you want, order it now to avoid disappointment later. Please put your Christmas Orders in early. Happy Holidays!
